Tampa Bay Water has a 128-person staff located throughout our service area of Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough counties. Our staff includes scientists, engineers, hydrologists, geologists, environmental analysts, planners, chemists, operations managers, water plant operators, bookkeepers, information systems specialists and more—all working together to plan, develop and deliver drinking water to the region.
